 More than the events that happen in our lives, the thoughts that arise in our minds about those events determine our success and the level of mental peace we experience. The impact of these thoughts on our mental well-being is immeasurable. Positive thinking does not mean believing that everything is perfect. Rather, it is the ability to see the good even in the midst of challenges. Positive thinking does not give us a life without problems, but it strengthens our ability to face problems effectively.
